Impressive customer service! I had a couple of issues with my order (zero fault of there's) and they were so accommodating, quick and consistent communication the whole time. The recipient of the gift said the ice cream was delicious, it arrived impressively packed to keep frozen. It was kept frozen so well it had to sit out to thaw a bit before eating. I would definitely do business with them again and feel confident in what I'm getting.

Great idea- so so ice cream

Considering the cost of each container of ice cream I was very disappointed in the taste and quality of the ice cream. The idea and different flavors are smart but the taste and texture isn’t comparable for the cost.
