Can't Find and Can't Send Directly

I had to contact customer service to find where the gift cards are on the website. I think they only offer electronic gift cards (which is fine) but you have to send it to yourself and then forward it to the recipient as there is no way to have it directly emailed to the recipient. Not a great customer experience but I love giving eCreamery as a gift and thought the person would enjoy picking their own flavors.

A bit disappointed

I ordered an eGift Card and when I forwarded it to my neighbor, he never got it. I waited a month before I asked him if he got it. I then had to resend it.
