birthday gift

I ordered the ice cream for a birthday gift
It arrived on time but was completely melted
Contacted the vendor but wash t available on weekends
But they answered my email with the utmost respect
Asking if I wanted a refund or a redelivery
I chose a redelivery
Came frozen and was enjoyed by the recipient
I would definitely order again

My ice cream was melted

I wish I could give a better review. My ice cream arrived late as it got stuck in a Fed Ex facility for at least a day. Because it was late, I kept my eye out for it, and the day it came the Fed Ex driver didn't even bring it up the stairs to my apartment, he left it in the middle of the stairwell. Luckily, I was not busy and watching for it, I ran down to retrieve it in hopes it wouldn't be melted. I opened the package immediately and all the ice packets were completely empty and when I opened the pints, the ice cream was melted. I ended up having to throw it all out. What a waste!
