Ice Cream for Breakfast Is Back — With Omaha Bagel Company

One of our favorite winter traditions is officially back. For the third year in a row, we're opening the parlor early to celebrate Ice Cream for Breakfast, featuring a special pop-up with Omaha Bagel Company, breakfast-inspired ice creams, and a few classic fan favorites.

Join us Saturday, February 7, starting at 9:00 a.m., for a limited-supply morning filled with ice cream bagel sandwiches, affogatos, and cozy winter flavors. Pajamas are encouraged.

What's on the Menu

Ice Cream Bagel Sandwiches — $8

In collaboration with Omaha Bagel Company, enjoy one of their TEN specialty flavors for the weekend & your choice of ice cream.

Hot coffee poured over ice cream, made with Dundee Double Shot coffee.

How the Ice Cream Bagel Sandwich Works

Omaha Bagel Company will be popped-up at the front of the parlor, offering single and dozen bagels. eCreamery will also be their pick-up spot on Saturday, February 7.

1. Guests choose their bagel from Omaha Bagel Company.
2. Guests bring the bagel to the scoop counter and choose their ice cream from the case.
3. Delicious, Success.
