I took a big chance and ordered from eCreamery for the first time, sending the ice cream to a friend who lives four hours away and is recovering from surgery. She was absolutely thrilled — she said it was such a creative gift, and the ice cream arrived packed in dry ice, completely solid, just like you’d find in a local store. The customer service and communication throughout the process were impressive. I’ll definitely be ordering from eCreamery again. Oh forgot - it took only four days from the time I placed the order to arrival with no extra cost.

It is a lovely idea but it took nearly 2 months to deliver. Once I contacted customer to ask about delivery they kindly explained that I selected a particular holiday delivery, which clearly indicated a longer delivery window. They were gracious and very pleasant. I look forward to another opportunity to order some sweets from them.
