8 pints of ice cream arrived with no dry ice. It was totally melted upon arrival. The recipients ...

Two star! 8 pints of ice cream arrived totally melted. They were packaged without any dry ice. The recipients received a melted mess. They called and a new appropriate order was delivered “packaged correctly.”The second delivery was enjoyed and the recipient said the ice cream was delicious. I am not sure I would order again because of poor quality assurance in their packaging. This was an important gift for a celebration of anclean diagnosis. I did want the recipient to have to track a new order or deal with a mess of ice cream upon arrival.
