The ice cream and dry ice was completely melted! I think the delivery notice didn’t reach me on time. We had several deliveries come in on the 26th April and we didn’t see the eCreamery box. Yet the delivery notice says it arrived before that? Couldn’t use anything in this box! Really upsetting.
