Delivery a week late

Ordered 12 days of Christmas ice cream to be delivered 12/12 for 3 little boys. By the 19th still not there. Finally came a melted mess. E. Creamery was nice enough to replace with expedited shipping and it arrived 12/23. A bit late for the 12 days. Feel like we all should have been compensated for this mess.
